Payments are processed securely through third-party PCI-compliant gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, NMI, etc.).
Lumora Bio Labs LLC does not store full credit-card numbers or CVV codes.
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or misuse.
4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary by carrier.
Title and risk of loss transfer to the Buyer once an order is released to the carrier.
Lumora is not liable for delays, loss, or damage occurring in transit.
5. Refund and Return Policy

All sales are final unless a product is defective or damaged during shipping.
Claims must be reported within 7 business days of delivery at info@lumorabiolabs.com.
We may request photo evidence or return of the item for verification.
Approved returns are subject to inspection and a 15 % restocking fee may apply.
No returns for opened, custom, or temperature-sensitive products.
Orders canceled prior to shipment may incur a $25 processing fee.
