1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing lumorabiolabs.com (“Website”) or purchasing any product from Lumora Bio Labs LLC (“Lumora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Buyer”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use this Website or purchase our products.
2. Eligibility and Buyer Certification
Buyer certifies that they:

Are at least 21 years of age and legally competent to enter a binding contract.

Are purchasing solely for lawful laboratory research use and not for human or animal application.

Possess the knowledge, training, and facilities necessary to safely handle laboratory research materials.
Misrepresentation of eligibility constitutes fraud and voids any sale. Lumora reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders suspected of misuse or illegality.
3. Research Use Only (RUO)
All products are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes only. They are not intended for:

Human or animal consumption (including injection, topical, or ingestion).

Medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or cosmetic use.

Commercial manufacturing, household, or personal applications.
Products are not tested or approved for safety or efficacy by the FDA or any other agency. Buyer assumes all risk for handling and storage.
4. Regulatory and FDA Disclaimers
None of Lumora’s products have been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
All content on this Website is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Lumora disclaims any and all liability for use of its products in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
5. Buyer Responsibilities and Indemnification
Buyer agrees to:

Use products only in compliance with local, state, and federal law.

Implement all appropriate safety protocols and protective equipment (PPE).

Not repackage, relabel, or resell products for human use.
Indemnification: Buyer shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lumora Bio Labs LLC, its officers, members, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from the use, misuse, handling, or disposal of Lumora products.
6. Orders, Shipping, and Risk of Loss
Orders are processed upon payment confirmation. Title and risk of loss transfer to Buyer once the shipment is released to the carrier. Lumora is not responsible for loss, damage, or delay in transit. Lumora may refuse shipment to any jurisdiction where the sale or possession of laboratory research materials is restricted.
7. Payments and Chargebacks
Lumora may require order verification to prevent fraud. Initiating a credit-card chargeback after confirmed delivery constitutes fraud and may result in account termination and legal recovery of funds and associated fees.
8. Returns and Refund Policy
Eligible returns are accepted within 7 business days of delivery for unopened, sealed items in original condition.

Buyer pays return shipping and a 15 % restocking fee.
Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval.
No returns are accepted for opened, biological, temperature-sensitive, or custom items.
Canceled orders before shipment incur a $25 processing fee. Once shipped, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
9. Product Quality Assurance
Lumora guarantees the stated purity of its products at the time of sale. Buyers may verify purity through certified analytical testing (e.g., HPLC). If the product fails to meet the stated purity, Lumora will refund the testing fee and purchase price upon receipt of valid documentation.
10. Affiliate Program Terms
Affiliates must comply with all program guidelines and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) disclosure requirements. Required disclosure:
“As an Lumora affiliate, I may earn from qualifying purchases.”
Prohibited conduct includes keyword bidding on Lumora trademarks, coupon-site posting, self-referrals, and false claims. Violations may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
Lumora collects only the information necessary to process orders, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. Data is handled per our Privacy Policy. Lumora does not sell or share personal data except as required by law or to fulfill orders.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website—including logos, product names, text, and graphics—is the property of Lumora Bio Labs LLC and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumora Bio Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of its products. Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Hudson County, New Jersey. Buyer waives the right to participate in any class action or jury trial against Lumora.
15. Policy Changes and Severability
Lumora may update these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of revised Terms. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Lumora and Buyer and supersede all prior communications.
